Why a fund drive?

• As a nonprofit the Fourth D Club relies on donors like you to ensure we can continue to offer a safe and secure facility for people whose lives have been impacted by alcohol and drug abuse.
• Meeting rent and membership meets approximately 50% of expenses. The other 50% is raised through fundraising efforts
• We are currently 100% volunteer based and have realized we are not able to maintain the operational goals of The Club. As a result, the number one priority in our 2019-2021 strategic plan, is to hire a staff person to ensure The club is open 9:00 am to 9:00 pm  and is a safe and secure place for those who utilize it.  50% of our fundraising goal of $30,000  is for this position the other 50% is for standard operation costs (e.g. rent, utilities, supplies and so forth).

Why support the fund drive?

• Fourth D Club is a 501 c3 corporation which offers a safe place for people in all stages of the recovery process!
• People early in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction appear to utilize the Club as a safe place more than most other people.
• The club Provides affordable meeting space for all 12 step recovery programs and 12 step like fellowships. Rent is 75% of the 7th tradition basket or $10 a meeting.

How much to give?

• No donation is too large or too small! Our goal is to raise $50,000 by December 31, 2021.
