Who we are

The Fourth D Club of Missoula is a motivated recovery community dedicated to spiritual  growth through the principals of a 12-step program and fellowship. Inspired by the concept of "being rocketed into the fourth dimension," as described in Alcoholics Anonymous' Big Book, the Fourth D Club strives to create a safe, affordable environment for 12-step centered meetings such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Adult Children of Alcoholics, and Al Anon.

You can find a variety of activities at the 4D Club including regular meetings, service projects, social events, and educational workshops.

Our Address: 1500 West Broadway Street, Suite B Missoula, MT (corner of Broadway and Russell)

We invite you to attend our meetings and experience the benefits of a supportive community.

The Fourth D Club remains committed to fostering a safe and stigma-free work environment. As a participant in the Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) Initiative, we encourage all employees to seek support when needed.

Meet the Board

  • Becky Garner

Becky grew up and worked all over the Midwest until making Missoula her home in 1998. She has an MBA from Drake University and loves all things numbers. Becky has worked in a finance capacity at several Missoula companies including the UM School of Law and Watson Children’s Shelter. After achieving some professional success, as well as some long-term sobriety, she is now focusing her energy on making a positive impact.

Becky hopes to see The Fourth D Club get its own building in a safe, accessible area with ample parking.

She has two sons—Grady is studying film at MSU, and Will is in high school at Sentinel. Becky lives with her long-time partner Rowdy, two dogs, and six chickens.

  • Seth Martin

Seth, who came out west for college from Vermont, has called Missoula home since 2009. He loves outdoor recreation, and is an avid fly fisherman and bird watcher.

Seth has served on the Fourth D Club's board since 2019. With a background in service management, it is extremely meaningful for him to give back to the community that was there for him years ago, when he sobered up. No longer in management, Seth

now operates and owns his own business in computing, after going back for a master's degree at UM in this field. He lives with his wife Nathalie, their 4-year old son Caleb, their 18-month old daughter Piper, 2 dogs, and 1 cat.

  • Hunter S. Myron

Myron was born in Jersey and raised in northern Kentucky, just across the river from Cincinnati. A passionate soccer player, Myron values self-growth, particularly within groups and communities dedicated to fostering personal development.

Myron actively participates in sober events with friends, finding connection and purpose in these meaningful experiences. His board  involvement with the Fourth D Club—where he transformed his life—reflects his dedication to preserving the supportive environment that was pivotal in his own self-growth, ensuring others can benefit from the Club as he did.

In addition to his work with the board, Myron volunteers for Veterans for Peace, extending his commitment to creating positive change in his community and beyond.

  • Brian Oistad

Brian is a lifelong Montanan who was born and raised in Billings, Montana. His love of the outdoors has inspired his entrepreneurial work in sportswear, including Rocke Gear and his current company, MontSoul. Currently he sells hot tubs and year round pools at Spas of Montana.

Brian’s relationship with the Fourth D club began in 2010 at a challenging time in his life as he battled substance abuse. The Fourth D was a stable, welcoming space that consistently allowed him to access a safe space for recovery and where the community was instrumental in helping him see how it was possible to live a sober life.

In 2019 Brian accepted a position on the Fourth D board in order to give back to the club and contribute his self taught design skills towards a more focused marketing effort for the club.

  • Dawn Payne

Dawn was born in North Dakota. She was brought to Missoula for the first time in 1995 by the man that she would eventually marry, and she knew immediately she had found her forever home (and forever partner).

Dawn fiercely believes in community service and how powerful effective communication can be in transforming the community for the better. In addition to being a contributing and inspiring  member of the recovery community, Dawn has also been a pivotal force and advocate for the 4th D club, and has served in several capacities for the club over the years. When she isn’t meeting with the many community organizations she works with, Dawn can be found with her beloved family, grandchildren included.

  • Daniel Street

Daniel Street, a dedicated advocate for recovery and community empowerment, hails from Phoenix, Arizona. An enrolled member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe, Daniel draws inspiration from his heritage and a profound commitment to service. As a father and someone who has embraced sobriety, he finds purpose in helping others achieve and maintain their own recovery. Daniel believes strongly in the power of service work to transform lives and strengthen communities. His passion for giving back and guiding others on their journeys makes him an invaluable member of the nonprofit's board.

  • Tami Sparks

Tami is a coach, connector, and strategist who thrives on helping people and communities grow. As the Lead Chapter Coach and Member Advocate for Biz to Biz, she supports over 100 leaders and 500 members across multiple states, providing guidance on leadership, communication, and business development. With a strong background in strategic planning, she has a gift for turning ideas into actionable systems that empower others to succeed.

Born and raised in Montana, Tami brings deep roots and a strong sense of community to everything she does. She’s also been actively involved in the nonprofit world, including serving as a Board Member, volunteer, and Outreach Coordinator for Tamarack Grief Resource Center. Her decision to join the 4th D Board was deeply personal—driven by the impact of addiction on her own life and that of her children, following the loss of someone close to them. She is passionate about helping create spaces of connection, healing, and hope for those navigating addiction and feeling alone.

Tami is a proud mom of five, bonus mom to one, and shares a lively home with her husband, a handful of dogs and cats, and a whole lot of love and food. She has a soft spot for strong coffee, cooking, deep conversations, and Montana mornings.

  • Henriette (Henry) Vickhammer

Henriette was born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark. At the age of 18, she moved to America to serve as a nanny for a family in Arizona, and soon after met the love of her life, who she has been married to for almost 26 years. Together they have a daughter, an 11-year-old who loves to play soccer, ski, and spend time with her family and friends.

As the Assistant Vice President at U.S. Bank as well as the Business Banking Relationship Manager, Henriette brings a wealth of experience in her service work for the Fourth D Club. She also serves as a Red Coat for the Chamber of Commerce and through them, has completed the Leadership Missoula 31 program (LM31).

When Henriette isn’t at work or being of service for her community, you can catch her with her family and friends at a Griz football game, traveling as much as possible, or following her passion to help women care for and feel good about themselves  in her work as an ambassador for ALIGN skin care and high quality pampering products.
